ALL PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY RSCYCLES LTD ARE 100% GENUINE, BRAND NEW, UNUSED AND NOT CATALOGUE RETURN PRODUCTS.

When placing your order please ensure you have selected the correct size. If you have any queries or unsure of sizing please send us an email and we will advise you.

Postal Charges:

Bikes - UK Mainland 24 Hour via APC - FREE

Parts - UK Mainland  under £50.00 - £3.50

Item/s will be dispatched via APC Overnight 24 Hour Delivery. Please allow up to 6 working days for dispatch. As soon as the cycle/s have been dispatched an email alert will be send to the provided email address containing a tracking and delivery date.  

Postal prices are inclusive of VAT.

Multi buys
In the unlikely circumstance of only part of your order is in stock we will dispatch the products that are in stock as normal and the remaining goods as soon as we have them in stock. Postage costs will only be charged once if only part of the order is in stock which will be charged when the first item is dispatched.

How are bikes supplied?

All bikes are supplied fully boxed. This generally means bikes come 80% pre-assembled (15 minute build) the purchaser is then fully responsible for the remainder of the build. We take no responsibility for and damage or injury caused by the miss fit of any component. We strongly recommend that the bike is build up by a bicycle mechanic to ensure maximum safety. Generally the front wheel, seat, pedals, bars and pegs (if included) will need to be attached to the cycle. Brakes and gears may also need to be set.

VAT
All products include 20% VAT as standard.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely circumstance that your order turns up damaged or faulty please contact us ASAP. We strongly recommend that you check your item on delivery. Problems must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

If the packaging appears to be damaged on delivery you MUST make this clear when signing for the item, failure to do this will result no claim against RScycles or the courier.

Returns
We are open to returns if items are faulty, damaged or dispatched wrongly. Items will only be accepted back if returned unused and how they were sent. We are not responsible for the return postal charges. Please contact us via email or telephone before taking any action towards returning any goods. If the item being returned is lost or damaged during transit it is the responsibility of the sender to follow the case up.

Online security
Online security is our main focus. We have many policies in place to ensure that your online payment is completed confidentially, accurately and securely. We have teamed up with ekmSecureCheckout, Google Checkout and Paypal to ensure extra security. No details provided will be passed on or used in any way other than to process your order.

SAFE, SECURE and EASY payments

In the very unlikely case of credit card fraud we cannot be held responsible you should contact your card provider who should cover any expenses. We would like to ensure you we have done everything within our power to ensure this does not occur.

Price Match

If you see an item cheaper elsewhere we will do our very best to match the offer (offers cannot always be beaten). In order for us to do this the item/s seen elsewhere must be available, same spec, same colour and size, within the UK, available for immediate dispatch and feasible for us to meet the price. Offer excludes eBay products.

Warranty

Brands vary with the warranty that they offer. Please check the brands website for more information.
Most Brands come with a standard 12 month warranty for all major components. Due to the nature of the sport rotational components are only covered on a 30day warranty.

Components

Many brands offer lifetime warranties on bars, forks and frames giving you piece of mind that if anything goes wrong your fully covered, this also shows how much faith the manufacturers have in the safety of their products. Please ensure you fill in the documents provided within the time frame stated on the products that offer a lifetime warranty.
